Who is the father based on LMP, ultrasound an due date

My period was oct 6- oct 13

I had sex with (guy 1) on- Oct 14, Oct 15, Oct 16, & an Oct 20th. Pull out method was used

I had sex with (guy 2) ONLY on Oct 23rd I took a plan b after him


My due date is July 13 2017, established from my ultrasound an LMP by my doctor

The dad is most likely to be guy 2 if the doctor determined from the baby's measurements in an ultrasound in your 7th week that your due date is July 13.  But it is a close thing, since the conception date for July 13 would be October 20.  If there is anything that skews the doctor's numbers by only three days, it puts the second guy into the running.  Taking Plan B after the second guy and still being pregnant could be argued to suggest that you might have missed the window to take it (supporting the idea that you got pregnant a little earlier than that sex or a little later), except that Plan B is not always effective.  

In your shoes I would definitely do a DNA test once the baby comes, or even call Ravgen or the DDC about a prenatal test.

So comes to found out I also had sex with guy number 1 on oct the 22nd pull out method
Chances still high it's guy number 2's?

I just took out a loan to get that non invasive prenatal paternity test so I'm gonna find out soon!!

I thought everyone would like to know who the dad was!! It turned out being guy number 2 :(! But it's a boy!!! I know everything will work out in the end(: just can't wait to meet the little guy

Good it's a boy and good to know who the father is.  You have options if a father acts like he is not intending to take responsibility, see a family-law lawyer.  You'll do fine.  Congratulations!

It's just ***** because guy number 2 said for me to have an abortion an if it's his he's not going to take care of it. Guess I'll just have to take him to court if he is the father:/

Nov 27th I was 7 weeks 3 days

Dec 14th I was 10 weeks
