Who is the father of my child?

I had unprotected intercourse on 9/14 with Guy 1 but he did not "finish" inside me. Then unprotected intercourse with Guy 2 9/19-9/24 and he did finish in me every time. My period started 9/7 and ended 9/13. I run a 29 day cycle, who is the father? EDD of 6/15

If your EDD is reliable, that is, if it came from a doctor doing an ultrasound, then Guy 2 would be the dad.  If it merely came from an app or counting forward from your last period on a calendar, see your doc and get an ultrasound.  You can tell the doc you don't remember the first day of your last period, if you want absolute certainty that only the baby's measurements will be used when determining an EDD.

Okay so I had an ultrasound and the new edd they gave me is 6/14, would that still be Guy 2 ?

Yes, it's about 7 days too late to be Guy 1.

This does not mean you shouldn't bother with a DNA test.  You want to be absolutely sure even if the numbers favor Guy 2.
