Who is the father?

Okay let me try this again.. According to my fertility app, I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. The first day of my last period was October 5th. On October 16th I had unprotected sex with one man. On October 18th I had unprotected sex with another. According to my fertility app, I conceived on October 19th. Which man is the father? Or could it be either?

Nope, they said I was just too early and I have to go back. They said in a few weeks but they also didn't know the dates I had sex or my last period date, they just knew I took multiple positive pregnancy tests.

Well, I did suggest you go get an ultrasound no earlier than this week, for the very reason you are finding out -- there is such a thing as an ultrasound being too early to see anything.  Try getting one next week if you can.

It could be either guy, but if your cycle is really 30-32 days long, the second guy has a (very slight) edge.  Not enough to rule out guy #1, though.  Go see your ob-gyn no earlier than next week and no later than a week after that, and get an ultrasound.  Don't tell them your first day of your last period, say your cycles or irregular or that you can't remember.  And get that ultrasound, and ask them for an estimated due date based only on the baby's measurements and developmental markers.  (Don't just get a casual estimate of "weeks pregnant.")  Doing this in your 7th week (counted from first day of your lmp) is your best bet to be able to tell anything, short of a DNA test.

I actually had an ultrasound last week, I went to a clinic and got the ultrasound last week before I saw this reply (on the 16th) and they couldn't even see a sac so is it possible that since they couldn't see anything but I'm still testing positive for pregnancy that I was just 5 weeks or less, making the second guy even more likely to be the father?

Did they try to give you any kind of estimated due date?  If they didn't see a sac, did they even see a fetal pole or a flutter?  Anything at all?
