Who would be the father??

So I had sex with my ex around the 22nd and 23rd of July and I had sex with my boyfriend the 9th and 10th of August.... My due date is may 3rd 2016....i was told thru ultrasound that i was 8 weeks on the 22 of september.. But it seems off some where....who is the father ???

Hi, what is seeming off to you?  It all sounds like your August guy not your July guy, it all does line up.  Do you know that a doctor counts "weeks pregnant" as starting from the (computed) first day of your last period, not from the (assumed) day of conception?  Being told you are 8 weeks on September 22 is the same as being told you conceived around August 11, which is when you were with Mr. August.

With a due date of 5/3/16 would put your conception somewhere around the 11th of August
