Who's is it?

I was in a long term relationship and had regular sex with my boyfriend. 2 to 3 times a week. We broke up, and a week later I had a one night stand. October 20, 2014. It was protected, but later the guy made a couple of comments that lead me to believe he tampered with the condom. "He's crazy and I figured it out after the fact" anyways. On November 3rd I found out I was pregnant and went to the doctor a couple of weeks after. They gave me the due date July 5th 2015 by ultrasound. I feel like the odds point to me ex, but I'd like to ask a more experienced person.

I'd trust the due date of July 5 if it came from an ultrasound in your sixth week.  That gives a suggested conception date of October 12.

Yes. They gave me the due date by ultrasound in mid November. My LP was on Oct 3rd, and told me my due date would be July 10th, then gave me the ultrasound and told me I was about 6weeks and changed it to July 5th. Thank you for the response :)

It sounds like your boyfriend's baby.  It actually sounds like you were pregnant when you had the one-night stand on October 20.  Was your last period in late September?  What number of weeks gestational age did the doctor say you were when they gave you the due date of July 5 by ultrasound?  If it was around November 17 when you had the ultrasound, would they have told you that you were in your seventh week?  That would line up with conception being around the 12th of October, since the weeks are counted from the first day of your last period, not from conception.

Besides all that, it would take a really good home pregnancy test to give you a positive on November 3 from sex on October 20.  Not impossible but not likely.
