Sir x came to US on 23 May 2015, She raped me on 20 Jun or later, it was only once, we both are at the age group of 34,on 3 Mar 2016 she delivered twins claiming it as my kids.is it possible, previously also she raped forcefully some 2 years back when I was in India. But it nothing happened

Get a DNA test. Now that the babies are born, it is not difficult nor that costly. Regarding the date of "June 20 or later," unless you know a specific day it is hard to suggest whether or not the sex produced the babies.
