Please help me that my LMP 1St day on 2nd of July 2015 and then get a Ultrasound on 27/9/2015 which is showing EDD 27/03/2016 will you help me most probable date when I am conceiving is 5Th july or After 8th July
and baby measurment is big in size AC-7.9 CM on 27/09/2015 Ultrasound

Hi, JJA1, how do you know you are 4 weeks pregnant?  Just counting from a calendar?

Hello...my lmp was nov6 and my cycle normally will b 30 days..according 2 some ovulation calendar i ovulated 17, others give me 19 and also 21...but had sex wit a friend on d 15th nov..den after that it was with my partner..now m 4weeks pregnant n am not sure who's it is....

You cannot pinpoint conception from an ulltrasound done on September 27 if you are thinking you might have conceived in early July.  You would have been 12 weeks along when you got the ultrasound, and by then many doctors would tell you there is a margin for error of +/- 7 days when using an ultrasound to try to determine conception.  This gives a range of late June through July 12 or later.  When did you have the sex you are concerned about?  Did you have two partners in that time period?
