This was my original post :))
I think it is just different terminology between countries.
Anniebrook question might seem funny just randomly asking is there a difference between a ultrasound and a sono arnt they the same thing lol my friend says there not
You're the lucky one, sweetheart. You will have a wonderful baby.
Thank you very much iv learnt my lesson the baby father knows about the ex incident so I know there will be a paternity test done but I dont blame him I leave it in gods hands.
But thanks again very much
Lifespan on sperm is said to be about 4-6 days. Some research says a week, but other research says the sperm would not be strong enough to penetrate the egg by day 6, so it wouldn't matter if it lived a week or not. In other words, it does tend to be an opinion (of what research you believe) but I always err on the side of caution and say a max of 6 days viable. Even if you add that to Mr. July 13th's date, you don't get far enough to stretch to the 24th, it only would carry you to July 19.
I think a DNA test will put the whole thing to rest for you and shut his big mouth too.
Yes your right 13th was my ex and then 14th regulary it was my baby father and around 21 august the sono only showed the sack.
Thank you when I first found out I was pregnant there was no hesitation on who I feel in my heart is the father.
But my dumb ex wants a kid so bad that he trys to tell ppl it hes.
And well cause he put that doubt in my head well I live with it everyday.
From your opinion what do you think the life span is on sperm?.
Cause you hear all these stories ov girls that concieved after there periods or even them conceiving off 7 day old sperm which I dont think is possible?
But thankyou you did confirm my theory.
When I said "the date could not have been fixed with such certainty but you had a sonogram," I meant, because you had a sonogram, it does fix the date with a great deal of certainty. Good for you for doing so. :)
So, you're saying the phrase "and monday the 14th onwards and almost every day" referred to your boyfriend, right?
Sperm from the 13th would not have lived to your ovulation date, which would have been more like the 24th. This date could not have been fixed with such certainty, but you had a sonogram nice and early. Even if it had been off by some margin for error, it would not be off by enough to move your conception date back far enough for the guy on the 13th to be the dad. It is never a bad idea in a circumstance like this to get a DNA test once the baby is born, but it does seem clear enough that your boyfriend is the father that in your shoes I would go through pregnancy with confidence that it is so.
Also I count my periods from full flow but if I started from spotting the 6/7 would be the date and 7/7 I had full flow
I was hoping you would comment iv seen you on other post and your really good and giving comments so thanks
I had my periods started 7/7 finished 12/7 and I had sex with my ex on the 13th day after I finished.
He didnt finish but theres always pre *** dont know if theres a big difference.
And 14th onwards was my bf im 20 weeks 4 days today we are having a boy
Thank you
Here is what I think you are saying, but it is made confusing because you did not mark any sentence endings (in fact the whole post is one sentence) and so I can't tell what you are saying in the part that says, "and had sex with my ex so that was the day after my periods ended on the 13th and monday the 14th onwards and almost everyday." Are you saying you had sex with your ex on the 13th and almost every day onwards? or are you saying you had sex with your ex only on the 13th?
