need help... whos the baby daddy

this is going to sound bad.... im hispanic and my partner is hispanic... i cheated with a black male (bm) (no protection, but he was not trying to get me pregnant whatsoever.... on May 7-12 i saw bm several times because he was moving away. during that time i had my period.  a week after that/ not sure when i also slept with my partner. i had promised myself cheating days were over because bm moved.
@ end of June i found out i was pregnant and my partner was there and we were all excited.
on July 19 ultrasound said i was 10 weeks 4/5 days. i'm having twins. (due date changed from 2/14 to 2/11 to now 2/9/15)
that news got my partner even more excited. i am 24 weeks and every day i pray they are not the bm babies. im so scared please help. could i have gotten pregnant by the black male? i havent confided in any family. i havent had the chance to be amazed at what God has given me because of the fear and confussion.
bm smoked pot and im not sure if any orher drugs but babies are fine and growing accordingly... should that be a hint that they are not bm babies?
could i have gotten pregn 5/7-5/12 (i never have known when i ovulate, but my periods are usually on the 1 week of the month

Even kids who end up dark skinned are often not born with that dark of skin, so I would do a DNA test in any event.

It sounds like your boyfriend has the better odds.  I don't think pot is a guaranteed form of birth control.

i know that the guy May 7-10 definitely did not want me to become pregnant. he doesnt want kids/commitment... i dont know if he ejaculated, it didnt seem like it because he would rush  to the bathroom... i now hope it was to relieve his swimmers in the pool (toilet). the first time i texted him he texted back that we always used protection: a lie. but he sticks to the story that he would ***. do you think that his swimmers would really have a chance of surviving for 6 days if he did pot? is it possible he has a small sperm count (assuming as well bcuz of the pot) ?
i dont think a dna test wil be needed once theyre born because theyre either gonna be dark skinned or fair... i'm afraid if theyre dark what everyone will say. the boyfriend's family is way shocked and excited for twins

I assume the sex with the guy who moved away involved him ejaculating?

It's a very close thing, but the father doesn't sound quite as likely to be the guy from May 7-12 as it is to be your boyfriend from the sex "a week later."   (I assume the sex with your boyfriend was also unprotected and involved ejaculation?)  It would help if you knew an exact date of sex with your boyfriend.  Even if the first guy's sperm lasted six days, that would only take you to the 18th, and your tenth-week ultrasound suggests that you conceived no earlier than about the 19th.  As I say, it's a close thing, since even your first ultrasound was not quite early enough in the pregnancy to be pinpoint in its accuracy.

All you can do is hope for the best while assuming your chances are good that the babies are from your boyfriend, and get a DNA test when the babies are born.  I am sorry there is no clear-cut answer.
