paternity question provided in cycle days

So I have a regular cycle of 31 days usually but never less than 28 or more than 34.


I had unprotected sex with ejaculation on cycle day 16 midnight and unprotected sex without ejaculation on cycle day 27 morning two different partners.

8 days after the last episode of sex I tested positive on three different pregnancy tests. Clear strong positives.

Unfortunately, the date as estimated by a third world old ultrasound machine is in the middle. This was done around 9 weeks.


So my question can I be confident the first guy is the father
