had sex with an ex boyfriend July 26th and 27th, on the 28th I took the plan b pill. I don't remember having a period but my ex says I started a few days after taking the plan b pill, I haven't started my period for the month of august and have had multiple positive test. I had an obgyn apt on the 5th, I was too early to see anything with a vaginal ultrasound, the whole month of august I was sleeping with someone else, Do you think it would be my ex boyfriends or new guy? I'm trying to figure out who to tell and i'm having trouble with my conception date.. I just got my hcg levels from my blood test and she said they were 219 which would put me at about 3 or 4 weeks, does that make a difference? I'm just trying to figure out who I tell

When you say "I just got my hCG levels," do you mean today?  Was the ultrasound that was on "the 5th," the 5th of September?  Does that mean the blood was drawn for the hCG test on the 5th?

It does rather sound like the pregnancy began in August, but it is kind of hard to understand your story.
