Sharp pain when coughing/sneezing

Sometimes (maybe once  a day or less)  I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen after I cough or sneeze.  Is anyone else getting this?  It almost feels like my ab muscle (in one location) is cramping when I cough or sneeze.  I have been sick latley with a head cold or I probably wouldn't have noticed this at all.  Just wondering if I am alone here .... I think it probably is because everything is moving around in there and my muscles are contracting - one just cramps when I sneeze and cough.  Hmmm.....

no I don't get that but I do get weird pain in my ovaries time to time....pretty sharp...but it goes away very fast..

yes i get that sharp pain if i don't brace when about to sneeze, but am feeling so darn crappy that it is the least of my worries lol - got to go throw up yay.

I get that same kinda pain, when i cough and sometimes when I get up too fast. I think it is pretty normal.

Good to know I am not alone.   LACh1- you are already getting sick?  I am so sorry!   I feel nausuas from time to time, but have never actually thrown up yet.  (knock on wood)
