almost no symptoms...

hi everyone...first of all congratulations to all of u ....
now im 4 weeks 6 days pregnant today, i found about my pregnancy fairly early(got a faint positive at 10DPO) and i had  some queasiness, backpain and sore bbs at that time...but from past few days most of my symptoms are gone...my bbs are not that tender...nausea completely gone, backpain almost gone, no fatigue....i mean my first ultrasound is on thursday and im so worried that may b theres somehing wrong....i know its too early..but with my first preg. i had severly tender bbs and motion sickness at this time....unfortunately it didnt endup well as it was an ectopic...this time its so different...many people say that i should b thankful for no symptoms but its making me really worried....

I think this is pretty common for women. As long as there has been no painful cramping or bleeding you should be fine!

I would try not worry. Pregnancy can be very different even for the same woman. I am on my 3rd child. This pregnancy is similar to my first but my second was completely different. Also I find that I find out instantly due to dizziness etc... but that fades after a couple of days and then comes back at the 6-7 week mark.
