Pain in back of lower calf

Pain in very specific place on the back lower right calf. Felt it two days ago, now its alittle swollen.
Hurts most when I walk, putting my foot down or up. Could just be a puled muscle, but ibuprofen not helping at all.
Warm to the touch, but not burning. Every place I look, scary diagnosis. DPV. Would Podiatrist be the place to go tomorrow, or is it like ER tonight. No chest pain. I am not very active, and have been walking more, but it started before that. I need feedback, please!

How are you? Were you able to have your leg checked? With DVTs, some people may have long-term pain and swelling in the leg known as post-phlebitic syndrome. Other symptoms like changes in skin color may also be present. Check with your doctor for proper management. Wearing tight compression stockings may also help.Take care and do keep us posted.
