My wife has DVT and she takes nitroglycerin tablets for her heart. I am a soldier in the US Army. What I am asking is that is it safe for my wife to fly? Right now she is in Korea and Im stationed at FT Bliss. I just found out she DVT and Im trying to get a compassionate reassignment back to Korea to take care of her. Or should I chance the 12 hour flight so that my wife can join me. I am not a doctor I need as much help as I can get please. My wife can not get medical care at a military installation without me being in the country. What should I do?
