Hi john galuci i hav very bad knees that are very painfull and give way from under me and ive had them scaned and have just been ingormed today thst ive got the early stages of arthsritusse is there anything i csn have fone as in a opperation and dome dort of phearapy and is there any sort of treatment i can have and is there any sort of pain realive i can have and is there anything u could do for me ss im in so much psin with them and am struggling to wslk as im in do much pain and am house bound most of the time please could u reply a s a p many thanks gorgouse
