Alkaline Ionized Water and

After hearing about all the benefits of drinking alkaline Ionized water, and waiting a very long time, I finally purchased a water ionizer from www.bawellwaterionizers.com  I have been drinking the water for a month now, and when visiting my doctor I was asked to run on the treadmill, which I had not done in a very long time.  I noticed that I was able to run with no problem, and so did my doctor.  I am wondering if this could be from drinking the water from this machine, as there have been studies on it.  If anyone has any information or a similar experience please let me know.
