Could anybody answer TBI or Paraneoplastic syndrome

Hello, I have a question I hope somebody might be able to answer. A bad TBI the end of 2004 with some of these symptoms, but has gotten increasingly worse. Now as of Febuary 2007 the nodules have shown up. If you have one pulmonary nodule in the left lung, then 6 months later you have one pulmonary nodule show up in the right lung (so one in each lung) could cancer happen that way, or do you have to have multiple nodules in one lung before it spreads to the next lung? Could you have nodules that aren't showing up on CT yet? Also thickening and lung scarring. What if there is a suspicion of Cerebellar Degenerative Paraneoplastic syndrome (with many deficits) how does that work if the nodules are negative? Can you have non-cancerous as well a cancerous nodules at the same time? Sure would like your opinion. I would apreciate it very much. Thankyou Lisa
Symptoms include: Cerebellum Degeneration (Atrophy not seen on multiple MRI's in 2004 & 05, but seen the end of 2005 till now)Bad Headaches daily, Nystagmus, Vertigo, Nausea, Coordination issues include Symptoms of both Midline and Hemispheric Cerebellar Syndromes, Diplopia, Visual Disturbances, Short Term Memory, some Speech Problems, Sleep Disturbances,(sleep study showed stage 2- 5% & stage 3,4-0% of time. Hand Tremors, Light Sensitivity, Intermittent times when he walks everything goes white and he collapses, episodes of passing out, Positive Basilar Artery Occlusion (through PT testing) incomplete vertebral artery dissection on MRA, bottom of his Feet and palm of his Hands are Numb (Peripheral Neuropathy), Hypothyroid, Atonic Bladder(neurogenic), Dysphasia, Normal Strength, but Diminished Reflexes/sometimes none, Heart Palpitations, Hot Flashes, skin itching, the list goes on. Now having high Triglycerides, sugar, Cholesterol problems.
