Degenerating hips and back

Just had xrays done again, my lower back and my hips, especially the left one has changed drastically in less than 2 years. It has shown degeneration for a few years, but within the past two its drastic. I can tell that something has changed. I have a couple of lower disc with a slight buldge, but they are saying degenerating. I have been putting off hip surgery the last few years because I don't want to go through it and still have the same problem when finished. My chiropractor is staying its only the lower part of your spine so its not from aging, never been an athlete with running etc. The doctors are telling me whats the problem, but no one is trying to discover why and what we can do. I am vegan, have been the past four years,but get plenty of vitamins, calcium, and D.
Guess I'm trying to find someone, somewhere to give me some insight and a direction. I'm too young to sit around and let it get worse. My chiropractor said if I can't find out why and do something, he is afraid it will go somewhere else in my body.

Sorry that you've been suffering so. Have the Doctors recommended an MRI of your lumbar area? If you haven't had one, then I strongly recommend one.

An MRI can see things that an x-ray cannot. Often after am MRI is completed is the problem found. It may discover problems you wern't aware of.

Being Vegan has nothing to do with your pain. It's the degeneration itself.

Please look into this if you can.
