Diagnosis ?

I had a MRI which turned up a 1 cm hemangioma at T7.    I had a MRI on the brain which turned up a small area of sclerosis on the outer table of the of the left frontal bone.  No marrow infiltrating lesion is seen.  I have an ANA of 1280, positive Anti Centromere +4, tingling/numbness in feet and hands, esophagitis, insomnia, ringing in my ears that drives me crazy, small amount of protein in urine, frequent UTI's, pain upon sitting, numbness and tingling when walking going up both legs.  Pain in my left arm muscle, stiff neck, pain more on left side of neck, and a lot of pain going into the back of my head.  My mother was diagnosed with multiple myeloma.  Still not sure of that diagnosis though.  The neurologist who briefly looked at my records said: polymyopathy, vascular/connective, or MS.  The tingling in hands and feet does seem worse after a warm bath.   I personally suspect systemic scleroderma because of a dark patch of skin on my left arm.  Same arm that hurts.  I also have mild cardiomegaly.  I need an opinion as to what should be tested next for a diagnosis.  An abnormal EFGR also.  Extreme fatigue, SOB.  Forget everything.  Went to grocery store, left groceries sitting in parking lot and went home without them.   Went back and they were still there.  Felt very disoriented.    Could it be Alzheimers?
