Joint Disease Questions

Hello.
I am an 18 year old female..
about 2 years ago, i was diagnosed with hypermobility arthralgia. Before i was diagnosed with that, my doctors thought i had lupus. Now that i am older..my pain has been getting worse. I have chronic joint pain, and everyday its something new. My doctors said i dont have lupus because of a certain blood cell in my ANA?
I am just wondering if there are any other diseases out there that connect with lupus..i just want to do some research so i know for my own records. Thanks Much :]
