Moderate to severe Foraminal stenosos C5 C6

Onset of symptoms started with a weight lifting injury. While on an inverted leg press that was set improperly with overweight. While performing the exercise I initially heard a crunch and a swoosh in my right ear then everything went white for about 15 sec. When my vision returned my heart was racing and I felt nautious and dizzy. I was taken to the hospital and received mri's mra's and cat scans. The heart was checked with 2 stress tests and a pet scan. All bloodwork was done and in normal range. I was only able to relieve the pressure felt in my neck and the nausea and dizziness by applying cold to the right side of my neck. With the cold I would remove all symptoms like normal and then they would return with lifting of anything heavy or running or removal of the bags of frozen peas. With therapy some symptoms have become intermittent but the overall sensation of pressure around my neck is still there resulting in Anexity attack symptoms of panic/ palpitations/ sweating racing heart.

When I sleep if I lay wrong I wake with a full blown set of symptoms. If  I sleep in certain positions I have minimal symptoms but feel the constant pressure in the neck all the time.

My question is that  is the pressure feeling like someone squeezing my neck that gets worse with the swelling setting off the panic attacks and the perferial numbness of the face hands and arms  and would Laser Stenosis surgery or conventional surgery for stenosis to open the foraminal opening and relieve the pressure work to correct what i have been suffering from.

thank you
