In May I was diagnosed with mild to moderate degenerative disk disease, mild to moderate neural foraminal stenosis related to uncovertebral osteophytosis, mild bilateral face joint arthrosis and loss of the normal cervical lordosis. I have been going to physical therapy since the end of May. It has helped with the pain but now I am having problems with my shoulder and arm muscles getting really tense and tight and causing my muscles to ache and throb unless I have my tens unit on. I am still doing my daily exercises but don't know what else to do to help with the tightness and I am guessing that it is all related to the issues. Anyone else have that type of problem?
