Nick pain

I had an Mri 5-4-11 and thr results of my Mri is: Degenerative dica disease most pron ounce at C5-C6 and C7.
At C6-C7 there is severe central canal stenosis with severe bilate4ral,neural foraminal narrowing. There is also moderate left greater than right narrowing of the central canal at C5-C6 with left neural foraminal narrowing. Is this
a servere condition and do you recommend surgery. Anna 184
