Post Op Fusion Domino Effect???

I am six months post op TLIF fusion of L5S1 these have only been the only level ever that have ever been a problem at all, Dealing with Deg Disc disease and spondy. Well I thought it was a sucess then started going down hill, majorly nerve pain returned with a vengance, doctors ignoring me.

New Mri says this:

There has been interval surgery with hemilaminectomy and bilateral pedicle screws placed at L5S1.

The left pedicle scxrew may extend anterior to the vertebral body but if type 2 degenerative endplate changes persist at this level, there may be minimal residual retrolisthesis of L5S1.The remainder of vertebral body heights are maintained. The L3-L4 disc could be minimally narrowed .

AT L3-L4 minor facet degenerative changes are present.

at L4-L5 Mild facet degenararitve changes are present.Mild disc bulge without neural foraminal or central canal compromoise.

L5-S1 Postoperative changes are noted. Mild residual facet deg. changes are present. There does not appear to be significant central or neural foraminal narrowing. There is some enhancement of the left hemilaminectomy site suggesting mild scarring. The thecal sac measures great than two cem in diameter at this level however.

Ok so I don't know what it means about the screw..but I never had any problems at other levels period. Not ever on any xray or mri did it ever even mention this.

Any ideas, cause now I have two other discs starting degeneration and a bulging disc and i have no idea what that screw stuff means and I am freaking out about the screw thing.

Even the Er told me, once the surgeons do surgey they move on....so what am I left to do, they just keep giveing me drugs and not talk to me or let me know what is going on don't even return calls...
