degenerative disk disease

I have degenerative disk disease in my neck and osteoporosis. is there any help for this condition at age 62 and being female

I have DDD all over my back, 3 herniated discs in my neck and a bulging one in the low back.  The low back bothers me the most.  I'm 53.  

I wish I knew the answer, I hurt all the time.  The only things I found is ice packs and/or heat, not bending over too much or walking too long (which is hard).  I'm trying to lose weight also, and not keep picking up my dog, lol.

I know there are medicines for osteoporosis and you can take Advil or Tylenol.  My doctor said to some extent you have to live with it, but I have other problems also.
