mri report disc degeneration mild degree,at L4-L5 Bulging of annulus fibrosis extending into left foramen Flattening of ventral aspect of thecal sac and left paracentral. L4-L5 bulging is present extends into neural foramina bilaterally with contact of both L5 dorsal root ganglion keyhole laminotomy on the left Micro surgical technique is likely.My question is will I heal by myself in time
