muscle and bone pain

hello all, im really desperate, im a 21 year old female. im about 5'3 and weigh about 125lbs. im pretty healthy as far as my diet and exercise are concerned. im experiencing some really odd syptoms (symptoms) and i cant seem to get to an answer. ive always had muscle pain but it had never been anything that was something to make me worry, i just chucked it off as sleeping wrong or something. but in the past month i have developed alot of symptoms and alot of pain. ive been having unbearable muscle pain in all of my muscles. its so awful. its gotten so bad that i cant sleep and it hurts to walk or sit still for a while. i work in an office so it makes it hard to sit at my desk. ive also been very very tired and having sleeping issues. ive been dizzy and sick to my stomach sometimes. ive been having a tingling feeling in my hands as well, and sometimes in my face. so i went to the er about a week ago. they did blood work and my white blood cell count was kind of high, i was told for my age and weight it should be between 6000 and 9000, mine was at 13000. i dont have any infection or flu or cold or even allergies. they also said i had a low blood pressure and that my blood calcium levels were low. now since then ive been having my joints crack everywhere, no matter what im doing. in my back, knees neck arms fingers shoulders, ect. its awful, and ive been developing some weird brusing without being hit. also, my boyfriend is going to medical school so he has been doing some research and checking me out, because my doctors are idiots, and my spleen was swollen so bad that you could feel and see the difference. it was also really sore to the touch. its better today but it was like that for a few days. my muscles are also really tight too. im scared and i dont know if anyone has any ideas or suggestiond but i feel like im going crazy or something. thanks!
