My MRI results stated that I have an overall mild degenerative change with small disk-osteophyte complexes at c3-4 through c6-7. There is a minimal foraminal narrowing on the right at c4-5 and mild formanial spinal stenosis. cervical spinal cord is normal in caliber and signal is is normal
Impression: Mild multilevel spondylosis.
Lumbar spine: ther is no spinal of formaminal stenosis. The L3-4 disc has an annular tear without herniation.  The L5-S1 DISC MINIMALLY BULGES INTO THE RIGHT NEURAL FORAMEN .
