severe neck and shoulder pain

by marie3434, Oct 06, 2009 10:16PM
I had an MRI don last month and the findings are the following:

1)  Reversed lordosis suggesting muscular spasm. MRI
2)  C4-5 central disk bulge or tiny protrusion not causing central segmental stenosis.  MRI
3)  C5-6 mild annular bulge not causing entral segmental stenosis.  MRI
4) Mild degenerative disc diseaseat C4-5.  XRAY

I've been to physical therapy and it's not doing anything for me.  I'm in constant pain.  Any treatment you can suggest or equipment that I can buy (not expensive) to help relieve pressure on my back, shoulder pain.  can you please interpret those result for me.  Thank you very much.
