unable to walk a straight line

After spinal fusion 1 1/2 years ago at L5-S1, I've noticed that I can't stand with my feet together- I fall over. I also can't stand with my eyes closed. I can't walk heel to toe either. I've had an  brain MRI, which was clear, and blood work to check for vitamin deficiencies. I'm 45 yrs old, and a healthy weight. Could my balance problems be from the surgery? An EMG showed some nerve damage in the tops of my feet and lower right leg, but not enough to substantiate my problem. Two neurologists I saw don't know what the problem is- and one is a movement disorder specialist.
