bowing my head makes me feel dizzy

when i get up in the morning i feel dizzy sometimes it goes away but, today ive been dizzy all day especailly when i bow down my head what can cause this?

   Yes this might be an issue as regards blood pressure. There is also a specific concern called orthostatic hypertension meaning when a person stands up quickly there can be a drop in blood pressure. Some medications can cause this a side effect. However there can be other causes as well and only a physician would understand the clinical specifics.. It would be worthwhile to discuss this with your doctor and see if this could be a potential cause or if not what else could be.

thank you so much yes iam seeing a doctor he did some test on me and he is referring me to a nuerologist since all my tests came negative .
