10 months and crown tight

10 months and crown tight

I received two dental crowns in February of this year.  Since then they have quieted down (nerve).  I believe it was tooth 32 and 33, which is at the lower right hand side of my mouth.  I get the sensation that the rear crown at the farthest back does not fit right, after several adjustments.  The crown feels too tight on my gums, and irritates it.  I have now developed a habit of having to have something in my mouth to distract me from the sensation, and leave the area alone.  It's not nerve pain, as I experienced that at first with hot and cold, etc.  It feels like the crown is sharp, and too tight on the gum.  The dentist did remark that I had a large jaw bone.  Is it possible that the bottom of the crown would not be wide enough?  Also in the morning when I wake up, I don't feel anything, but as soon as I think about it, the pain slowly comes back.  The crown in the front seems fine, and I don't have any problem with it.   Thanks!

Clinical and radiographic exam can reveal the marginal fitness of crown. If marginal fitness is suboptimal, appropriate intervention is needed. If marginal fitness is perfect, gum treatment is needed.
