2 Abcessed teeth and a headache for over week, HELP!

I have had 2 abcessed teeth for about 2 years now. It's at the point where my entire right side of my lower jaw swells to the size of a mid sized lemon. The dentist generally ssend me home with antibiotics due to the fact taht I am unable to afford the $3,000 to repair my teeth. Thepain is dwindaling but the headaches are everyday all day now. When I stand or bend down and stand back up I feel as though I want to faint. Are the headaches stemming form the abcesses, and is it true I can die of a brain anurism due to the abcessed teeth? Im in a bind please help me make sense of this all.

Any answers at all would be helpful.

Thank you!

Abcessed teeth when left insitu can be fatal.  I understand that you can't afford to have them removed however antibiotics are only masking the problem, not solving it.  The infection from the abcess (abscess) spreads into the gums and jaw bone.  Infecting your other healthy teeth.  You are at risk for the infection  getting into the blood and travelling to the brain or heart.  I'm not sure about the aneurysm but septicaemia is quite serious.  Antibiotics are only a 'band-aid'.  The teeth need to be removed and the abcesses drained.  Having had them for 2 years I would imagine you will have some residual damage to the gum bed and the jaw bone.  PLEASE FIND A WAY TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED
