My 4 year old son has been to the dentist. He has a mouthful of cavities. His four upper molars will have "baby root canals" and have caps placed on them. He also has other cavities that will be filled. AT his pre-op appointment, during an xray the dentist noticed that he has a cracked front tooth. She says she will not operate on him and fix his cavities unless we have that front tooth extracted because she doesn't want it to abcess

Breast infection
Pancreatic abscess

Peritonsillar abscess
Retropharyngeal abscess
Skin abscess
Spinal cord abscess) later on. I had a difficult time accepting the fact that he needed caps, but now having his front tooth extracted because it might fall out or become infected in the future. Should I allow this procedure to happen or should I find another dentist?.
This is already the 2nd dentist we have gone to.
