5-tooth bridge

5-tooth bridge

I’ve recently had a permeant bridge installed spanning from number 15 (anchor) to numbers 12 and 11 (both anchors). I am missing numbers 13 and 14 (14 was recently extracted).
The temp bridge I had for approx. 2 weeks did result in some sensitivity, which eventually passed. I had the permeant porcelain bridge installed a couple of weeks ago. It didn’t bother me until just a few days ago. Initially I chalked up the discomfort to the cold/sensitivity (it’s very cold here in the NE.)
But the pain peaked 2 days ago and now I have slight swelling and pain around the 14 socket area and anchor # 15.
The teeth in that area are very high, and meet the gum near only millimeters from the where the gum meets the lining of the inside of my cheek.
Last week I had a temp installed covering teeth 10, 9, 8, 7 and 6 (some of these are getting capped while 2 are getting veneers.)
Cosmetically I have a perfect smile, but I’m wondering why, nearly a month later of getting the 15-11 bridge installed I’m experiencing a problem.
The space is between the bridge and the gums is so tight I can’t even get a loop flossing tool in there to floss.
Could something have worked its way in there? And if the dentist has to remove the (costly) permeant bridge to investigate, can that be done without damaging the porcelain bridge?
Unfortunately my dentist isn’t available until Monday, and I have to deal through the weekend. Any similar experiences with this?
