Abscessed tooth. Lymph node swelling persist.

I went to an urgent care center over the weekend to get help with my abscessed tooth. The doctor there told me that an infection had started and was draining into my lymph nodes. He prescribed antibiotics, and told me that the swelling would reduce. The swelling has gone down on one side, but not the other. I was going to take all of my antibiotics before I contacted a dentist to get it pulled, but now the persistent swelling has more concerned.

My question is, taking Cephalexin 500mg x4 daily, how long should it take for my lymph nodes to completely drain from this infection?
