Are solid, white lumps of the tip of your tongue something to be concerned about?
I have had a solid, large, white lump on the tip of my tongue for some time. It can occasionally be itchy but is not painful but it has recently increased in size and is now almost as thick as my tongue, Is this something to be concerned about?
