I don't know what you're periodontal condition is without examining you and seeing x-rays. There are many factors involved in periodontal health (the health of the gums and the supporting bone), one of which is smoking. If your condition has progressed to a point where you might have to remove teeth at your young age, it sounds like there were other factors. In my opinion, you should look into dental implants as opposed to dentures.
MY teeth have driffeted terribly, and now have major gaps there are massive pockets i have recurring infections its just misrable.
and after reading some of the comments about having dentures fitted life sounds like it's going to be a right bunddle of pleasentrys 8(
i wish there was a real toothfairy that fixed teeth!!!!
