I have a large, red, and painfulPainful menstrual periods bump on the left side of the roof of my mouth. I would go to a doctor or a dentist, but I have no insurance, and am far from rich. It only showed up yesterday, but I believe it's bigger today than it was yesterday. Any ideas on what this could be?
Rinse with some warm salt water a few times a day for 2-3 days and if it doesn't get better you should try to see a dentist. Some don't charge for exams, and they shouldn't need to take an x-ray considering that it's on the roof of your mouth.
