Blood spots and white looking spot on the right side of inside cheek

I am not sure what topic to address my inquiry in but I need some help. This morning, I was checking my mouth when I saw two blood looking spots or something like them near the corner of my inside cheek meeting the mouth. I also have been dealing with a white looking spot on the inner cheek, located in the upper lip area. I scrub them out once and a while but after a few days, it would be coming back. I experience dry mouth occasionally and find myself drinking cold water in the middle of the night. It usually occurs only at night, never during the day. I am wondering if anyone has any insight as to what may be happening to me.

Thank you so kindly for the response, Gellia. I will make sure that I discuss with my dentist about these oral problems I have been dealing with. The red spots that popped up the other day have finally dissipated and healed.

Hi,
It's really impossible to tell what the spots are without looking directly at them.  They could be simple canker sores, a cracked lip,  or you may even be biting the area at night and not know it.
Please don't scrub at them.  If they are viral it could spread them.

Please make an appt with your dentist to have it evaluated.  It's the only thing you can do if you want an answer.

Best to you,
Gellia
