Brown Stains and Chipping

Hi
Lately, couple of my teeth have been chipping away and also the chips are colored, black to be specific. also there is some sort of brown discoloration forming in the front teeth. this is a direct link to a picture of my front teeth. Need help with this ASAP.

Looks like some staining going on your teeth.

You should go see a dentist and get a professional dental cleaning.  Depending on their examination, they may recommend a simple routine cleaning or a scaling/root planing if there's significant amounts of tartar/plaque buildup underneath the gums.
