Bubble/Bump on gum right after root canal

I just had a root canal this morning for an abcess (abscess) on one of my front teeth.  I don't have any pain but now there is a round bump (I assume fluid filled, its not hard) on the gum for that tooth and that bump wasn't in that place before the root canal.  Is that normal? Will it go away on its own? Could it possibly be the rest of the pus draining from that abcess (abscess) and if so will it absord on its own or what should I do?
