About 3 weeks ago I burned my tongueTongue tie on some hot coffee. I did not think much about it then but the feeling has not gone away. I have been under a great deal of stress and anxiety lately and my mouth is constanley dry. If I eat something my tongueTongue tie feels better for a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bit, but once I drink cold water the sting comes back.Te taste buds int the back appear to be swollen also. Could I have done some permanent damage to it.
You may have, but to be sure you should see your dentist or an oral surgeon. It is too difficult to tell without seeing you for an exam. Most likely, it is taking a long time to heal and should get better with time.
