Burning headaches with double vision

I am a 49-year old female.I have had a CT scan and MR, blood test, all with normal results after 2months of daily headaches and episodes of double vision. Other symptoms include burning, stabbing pain on the top of my head. My scalp hurts all the time especially when the shower water pulsates on my head. I have achy eyeballs, periods of ring in my ears and forgetfulness, constant head pain varying in intensity and location.I am not sensitive to light or noise. I have seen both medical doctors and chiropractors. I am on migraine med's with little relief. What could be causing these symptoms?
