Burning sore mouth and tongue by Mepron?

Dear Doctor,

Can burning sore mouth and tongue be caused by a nerve problem from taking Mepron and Zithromax together for 3 weeks?

I was treated for  Lyme and Babesia 8 months ago and this is the time my painful burning type mouth and tongue started. I have ruled out gastritis, B vitamiin deficiencies and low zinc.

I am also going through Menapause, too.

My taste has almost dimished, too.

Factors associated with burning tongue syndrome:
1. microorganisms- especially fungi(candida albicans) and possibly bacteria ( staphylococci, streptococci, anaerobes)
2.Xerostomia associated with Sjogren's syndrome, anxiety, and drugs
drug casses associated with xerostomia
anticholinergics
antidepressants
antihistamines
antihypertensives
antihypoglycemics
antiparkinsonians
beta-blockers
diuretics
nonsteroidal anti-inflammatoies
3.nutritioal deficiencies associated primarily with b vitamin complex or iron, and possibly zinc
4.Anemias, namely pernocious anemia and iron deficoency anemia
5.hormone imbalance, especially hypoestrogenemia associated with postmenopausal changes
6. neurologic abnormalities, such as depression, cancer phobia, and  other psychogenic problem
7.diabetes mellitus
8. mechanical trauma, such as  an oral habit or chronic denture irritation
9.idiopathic causes, central nervous system dysfuction may be implicated
