Hi for about 4 months i have those symptoms: stuffy nose but not so back like i can breath and it jus not always completetly clear, stiff neck, neck spasm, pressure pain in the bridge of the nose and the forehead, clenching jaw, dizziness, pressure in the back of my head where my neck meets my skulls, tender points in my neck that can actually trigger the nose pain, pain in cheek and pain in the front upper teeth.
I have this broken teeth ( broke in half on the long side ) for about 2 years and i have some decay in the front upper teeth next to it on both side i think.
Can an infection be spreading and affecting my sinus?

Probably not the front tooth but its possible if its a tooth in the middle or towards the back. It may be another tooth that could be causing the problem though. Also, toothache pain can be similar to sinus pain. Its hard to say. The only way you would know is if you went to a dentist for an exam, which is what I recommend.
