Can't keep my root fragments?..

I had an extraction of a molar tooth months ago.The dentist left root fragments behind and didn't even explain me why. This is what made find a new dentist and orthodontist because i have to correct my teeth,i have an open bite. They told me i need to remove these fragments before i get my braces on.The thing is,i wanna put an implant there in the future and if i remove this root tip now i will lose my bone and may have to do bone grafting in the future, which means,i'll have no bone and to pay more.I was actually advised by a surgeon at a hospital to keep it but all dentists tell me i cant keep the roots with my braces on.What should i do?I have lost so much bone on my gum in my left side already(i lost a molar last year too).the gum is so fragile and thin.i dont want it to happen again.Should i really extract this root fragments?!

If it is not hurting you leave it alone. I would do the implant before your braces
