Cheek Biting
I have noticed that I bite my cheeks at night while I am sleeping. My question is can this cause bruising on my cheeks. I noticed a bruise on my inner cheek this weekend, but it didnt hurt and it went away in a day or two. Is it possible that the bruise was from the cheek biting? I will be going to the dentist later this week. Thanks

Yes you can cause trauma to the tissue if you bite it.
