Chin Numbness after Tooth Implant + Nerve jolts

Dear Drs. Recently I had a molar in the lower right jaw extracted and an implant. The Dr. recommended that that both extraction and implant be done the same time. Everything seemed fine until 9 days later when I woke up to find that my lower right chin has numbness with a gripping pressure in my front lower teeth. The Dr. prescribed me Neurobion for the nerves and I've been on it for 20 days. It seemed to be getting less until a couple of days ago it started getting worse - the numb feeling extending to the implant area and yesterday I started getting jolts of numbing shocks whenever I open or move my jaw - but this time on the left side.

I feel like the numbness is spreading all over my lower jaw.

Note that the drs had informed me that the tooth routes are very close to the nerve canal but do not think it is the cause.

Please tell me what do to. Thanks!

it can be just because of the extraction of the teeth.because after 3 months i have also oral surgery and i have to extract my four wisdom teeth....so i am afraid too..after seeing my xray report he said me that ur teeth root is close to the nerve so there are chances of ur nerve damage..and because of this damage u can have lower lip numbness...it can be temperary but in rare cases it is permanent........
